PMO TAMACHI HIGASHI uses an advanced security system linked to a security company. With due consideration for the protection of valuable corporate assets and customer information, our stringent security system offers a safe office environment for workers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Based on the Comprehensive Earthquake-proof Planning Standards for Governmental Facilities established by the Public Buildings Association, a structure similar to Type-I structure classified as “government offices, hospitals, fire stations, police stations, and other facilities that are used as disaster control bases and especially need strength” has been adopted. A Type-I structure indicates that the building has strength about 1.5 times higher than the earthquake-resistant standard specified in the Building Standards Act.
To ensure backup power against hazards and power outages, PMO TAMACHI HIGASHI has adopted a dual line power reception system, as well as an emergency power generator for use by tenants. Our efforts to secure stable power supplies help improve the business environment with the utmost consideration for the business continuity of companies.
