PMO TAMACHI HIGASHI uses an advanced security system linked to a security company. With due consideration for the protection of valuable corporate assets and customer information, our stringent security system offers a safe office environment for workers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • An IC card reader is installed at the security gate on the first floor. An original PMO touch-panel reception system is used by visitors. The gate can be opened by remote control when visitors are confirmed on the monitor displays in offices.

  • The elevator utilizes a destination-oriented system by which the passenger is taken to the destination floor when the IC card is displayed to the card reader inside the elevator. For smooth reception, the destination-oriented system may be deactivated in advance at floors anticipating large numbers of visitors.

  • Integrity is ensured through a single tenant per floor policy. An IC card reader installed at the entrance prevents the entry of unauthorized people, protecting valuable corporate information and the safety of workers.

  • For the purposes of emergency situations, a motion sensor is installed inside each room. If unexpected intruders or abnormal circumstances arise while the security system is set to security mode, an alarm alerts the security company to respond quickly to the situation.

Employs a “Type-I structure,” which has earthquake-resistant strength 1.5 times higher than the new earthquake-resistant standard.

Based on the Comprehensive Earthquake-proof Planning Standards for Governmental Facilities established by the Public Buildings Association, a structure similar to Type-I structure classified as “government offices, hospitals, fire stations, police stations, and other facilities that are used as disaster control bases and especially need strength” has been adopted. A Type-I structure indicates that the building has strength about 1.5 times higher than the earthquake-resistant standard specified in the Building Standards Act.
